Anemia is known as a health state where the lack of oxygen carried with red blood cells in the body makes a person tire easily. This blood disorder becomes a matter of concern which can be traumatic to a person. Anemia is known to hit more of the female side, especially the ones with chronic diseases, making them more susceptible to it.   • Bone Marrow Disease. Diseases that affect the blood production in the bone marrow.
  • Hemolytic Anemia. Developed when red blood cells are destroyed faster than bone marrows.
  • Sickle Cell Anemia. Inherited from genetic heritage coming from African and Arabic descent.

 

Symptoms of Anemia

 
Fatigue is the most significant symptom that can lead to Anemia. However, there are other possible symptoms but diagnosis from physicians is a good way to determine if such symptoms are pointing towards Anemia. These include:

  • Pale Skin
  • Headaches
  • Irregular Palpitation or Heartbeat
  • Chest Pains
  • Weakness
  • Dizziness
  • Numbness and difficulty in breathing

 

Treatment of Anemia

There are a number of ways on how to treat Anemia. The easiest way is to make preventive measure such as taking vitamins and supplements to offset the loss of certain bodily nutrients. Loss of blood is one good sign that a person should be alarmed and take heed that the need to take necessary supplementary aids is a need. Seeking advice beforehand from physicians is a good way to determine why such blood loss has been occurring.

 

The more serious anemia cases would really need the medical assistance such as blood transfusion and the need to seek medical advice from Hematologists for blood related complaints. The use of antibiotics and drugs may be necessary but it is best to allow the professional medical physicians to prescribe them since Anemia comes in all forms and levels that make it mild or severe.
